Description
The 30 Mech Master Occupancy Detector from the DALIcontrol Lighting Control System is a passive infrared (PIR) sensor designed to detect motion within an approximate five metre range. It forms part of an intelligent lighting automation system, enabling automatic control of lighting based on room occupancy.
By detecting movement through infrared heat changes, the sensor can trigger lighting actions such as switching, dimming, or scene activation within DALI-based control environments. This helps improve energy efficiency, user comfort, and automated building performance.
Designed for integration within professional lighting control systems including those developed by Schneider Electric, the occupancy detector supports reliable and responsive automation in residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
